While The Magpie team is small, its community is always growing. We want to make sure that the representation and narratives presented here are informed by multiple voices from myriad lived perspectives.
That’s why we asked some of our oldest colleagues to serve as guides for our future storytelling. Each of these mentors is a respected community advocate with decades of cumulative professional experience. Among them are civil rights leaders, nurses, lawyers and legal advocates, computer scientists, project managers, nonprofit directors, anti-racist activists, and more.
